The Altar is a six-week virtual sanctuary for women—a space for reflection, ritual, embodiment, writing, and meaningful connection.
Change asks something of us.
It invites us to stay present with what is unfolding and connected to ourselves as we navigate the space between what has been and what is becoming.
Gathering during Mercury Retrograde and the transition from Cancer to Leo season, we'll slow down long enough to honor where we've been, gather wisdom from our experiences, and reconnect with the desires, dreams, and truths that are ready to be carried forward.
Through weekly gatherings, ritual practice, embodiment, astrology, journaling, and heartfelt conversation, we'll explore what is asking to be released, what is asking to be nurtured, and what is ready to emerge next.
Together, we'll cultivate the clarity, courage, and self-trust to meet change with presence rather than urgency, and to remain rooted in what matters as life continues to unfold.
Come as you are. Bring your questions, your stories, your longings, and your wisdom. There is a seat for all of it at The Altar.
Sundays • June 28 – August 2
5:00–6:30 PM EST
Live on Zoom
(sessions will be recorded)
