In this 20-hour training, you'll explore the full scope of Yoga Nidra as both a personal practice and a profound tool for holding space. Blending philosophy, neuroscience, and experiential learning, the training is designed to help you guide others with skill, presence, and care.

The roots and evolution of Yoga Nidra
The stages and structure of a complete practice
The science of brainwave states, neuroplasticity, and rest
The art of pacing, script writing, and sequencing
How the practice supports memory, focus, and nervous system regulation
The role of sankalpa (intention) and the subconscious mind
How to create accessible, trauma-aware sessions
Ways to integrate Yoga Nidra into your teaching, offerings, and personal rituals
